Adding 68 Baffles to a Home With Poor Ventilation

During our inspection, we noticed that the home did not have attic baffles and very little insulation, which was causing heat buildup in the attic in summer and winter.  Without proper baffles, poor ventilation occurs which can result in condensation in the attic in winter and high electric bills in the summer.

Our Resolution:  Added baffles for ventilation, removed all the old attic insulation, added R38 Owens Corning ProPinkL77 fiberglass insulation to the entire home.
