Lack of Proper Attic Ventilation and Mold Build Up

A homeowner reached out to use this week with a concern of mold and moisture in the garage attic. The customer could clearly see condensation on the garage drywall. Secondly she also noticed a slight musty smell.  Upon inspection we notice that the garage attic did not have proper baffles for ventilation and no garage attic insulation.

Our Resolution:  After mold clean up was completed (by a qualified company), we added baffles for ventilation and added R30 Owens Corning ProPinkL77 fiberglass insulation to the entire garage system.
